We Got Married

This Saturday (28/6), we got wed.

It was an amazing day, better than we had planned (and the planning was a mixture of organisation and ramshackle 'let's-see-what-happens'). It's hard to pin point moments that I can write about here and now. Even though it's been a few days, it still feels like a mad dream where I married my best friend and shared a room with everyone I care about.

Moving forward, there is a change in the house of Bate. We've both been guilty of not being the best people we can be (me more so). We have had a great nine and a half years together with not many downs amongst the ups. What we want, need, to do is take all the good things we have and re-jig some of the issues that have bugged us. In the 2.0 version of our adventure, I want us to stick to the what the actual wedding was about; being together in a group of good people and having worry-free fun. I want us to make sure that these people get our time, and not let us waste precious time with things that make us feel bad.

As of 28/6, I became a better person for marrying my favourite one. Here's to the future...
