Aw.... *sniffle*.... poor Raffles.
Feeling your pain and all that, chap.
*hug*
very very sweet baby.
Is that a new Raffles?
I thought Raffles was the older cat that visited your garden a while ago.
i'm sorry Chris. Raffles is so pretty.
Oh no, poor Raffles!
:(
Little Raffles, named after the roaming stray that used to come and visit us last summer, was found dead Thursday morning. He was deaf so the world outside H's house was always going to be a tough one. It would appear that, whilst playing on a nearby roof, little Raffles fell and landed awkwardly, flying in the face of the old myth that cats always land on their feet. He was a sweet, playful and funny little guy who would never let you read while he was around, drank your tea and had the strangest meeow I have ever heard.
It was hard not to get attached to Raffles and he'll be much missed by myself and certainly by H, his owner.
